A unique Afila type Snow Pea variety which forms a lot of tasty tendrils that can be harvested young as a decoration in foods.
Parsiva is used for the pea shoot, clipping and specialty markets.
The leaves are clipped at a young stage when they have a sweet pea flavor. They can be added in salads or other recipes.
