Eggplant BLACK BEAUTY
Black Beauty is a classic open polinated heirloom eggplant variety introduced in the early 1900.
It is a typical upright annual bush with the plant reaching up to 90cm high. It has lovender colored flowers when in bloom.
The fruits are large oval to pear sheped 15-23 cm long, glossy and deep purple to near black, with average fruit weights of 0,5-1,5kg. The fruit flesh is ifory white to light cream, tender and mmild in flavour.
